What If You Don't Know Your Birth Time?
You can still use astrology without a birth time. A few parts of the chart shift, but most of it stays accurate.
A birth time is helpful but not required for a meaningful chart. You can learn a lot from just your date and place.

Planetary positions in signs barely move across a single day. Your Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Mars are almost certainly reliable.
What becomes uncertain
